Restarting (or rebooting) your WiFi router can sometimes fix WiFi or connection issues.
- Power off your router (if there is no obvious power button then remove the power cable)
- Turn off Jooki, your phone (and laptop if used)
- Power on your router
- Wait one or two minutes for it to fully power on.
- Turn on Jooki, your phone (and laptop).
- Wait for the Jooki startup sound.
