Solution 1
Please check if your wifi router is using a static channel configuration with a channel between 1 and 11. We recommend channel 6.
Here, please also check your WiFi router to see if AP isolation (also known as Wireless isolation, Station Isolation, or Client Isolation) is turned on: it needs to be off.
Also, Jooki only connects to 2.4 Ghz wifi. You'll need to enable this.
Solution 2
If changing the router settings is not an option, it remains possible to access the Jooki user interface through the Jooki wifi setup network:
1. connect to the jooki-xxxx-setup WiFi network
2. use a browser to open http://jooki-xxxx.local
(example: if your Jooki WiFi setup network is jooki-1A23-setup then connect to it and open http://jooki-1A23.local in a web-browser)
