Is the transfer of mp3's to Jooki very slow?
Does the sound during streaming Radio or Spotify drop?
If your Jooki sends out his own setup wifi network again, it means that your wifi is out of range.
The info is also in the Jooki app: "device info"
In the Jooki app and dashboard (my.jooki.rocks), you can see the wifi strengt in the "device info" section.
If your connection is lower then -75 dBm, editing tokens and building playlist from Jooki library (content already on jooki) is fine, but, transferring files might operate slow:
- the reaction of Jooki to start the upload process after the drag and drop is slower, especially with 30 files or more.
- the transfer speed will also be slower.
Before you start an upload to Jooki, please check the connection, and move jooki and your device closer to your wifi-router to improve your connection.
