Symptoms of a poor WiFi signal:
- Slow mp3 uploads to Jooki
- Skipping or pauses when streaming from web radio or Spotify
- Jooki fails to connect to your WiFi and triggers the jooki-setup WiFi again.
How do I check my WiFi strength?
In the Jooki app and dashboard (my.jooki.rocks), you can see the wifi strength in the "device info" section:
Ideally you want to see a signal strength between -30 to -70 dBM:
What should I do if Jooki reports a poor signal strength?
Please double check the strength of your home WiFi using your phone:
If your phone also reports a poor signal then you will need to fix the problem with your router.
If your phone reports a good signal and Jooki reports a poor signal then please submit a support ticket above.
