Jooki does not support Apple play.
Unfortunately, Apple only provides very limited access to files on an iPhone or iPad. To upload purchased music-files from your phone to Jooki, please tap "Upload a new Track"Here, you can only select files that are stored in iCloud (or other cloud services like Dropbox).
